Trying out more than just a bi-colour Croissant.
Regular recipe, used a blue food colour for the main dough, red for the bi-colour layer.
The main dough turned out purple. 🤣
One day, I’d like to get each wall of the honeycomb to be a different colour.
Might be a challenge to do that. 😳😁

Oh yes, please take on that challenge and keep us updated! I would have never—ever—thought it to be possible. What do you think, @sussan_scoolinaryteam ? How could Cary accomplish such a difficult task?

Hi @soldamiani
It would be interesting to see a croissant that is two-toned on the inside someday. It might not be impossible to make, but it would probably be an interesting challenge that would take a lot of practice. I hope that one day the result of that crazy croissant can be shared.😉2
