Your soufflé looks incredibly delicious. Passion fruit is one of my favorite fruits to use in desserts; its flavor and aroma are just amazing. The presentation of your dessert is really beautiful, and the plating is very professional.
Your photo turned out very presentable. As a suggestion for next time, you might want to reduce the blurring effect a bit since part of the dessert also got blurred, making the vanilla bavarois less clear. You’re on the right track!
