Inspired by Bryan Furman’s American Barbecue class, I’ve been experimenting using our pizza oven as a charcoal barbecue. I wasn’t brave enough to do a whole chicken but these chicken breasts came out so well. Super moist, touch of smoke, and a nice glaze of honey/habanero sauce.

        Hi Michelle Tarby

I’m thrilled with the result you achieved; those chicken breasts look incredibly juicy! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the course.

Tell us, what side dish did you pair with those delicious chicken pieces? If you feel like it, we’d love to see a photo of the final dish.

        Best regards.

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam I have to confess I got so focused on controlling the temperature of the barbecue that I totally forgot about the sides. So the entire dish consisted of some frozen potatoes in the air fryer and a super quick mixed green salad (but I did make the vinaigrette with a lemon balsamic vinegar). Maybe not the most photo worthy final presentation 🤣
