This is a recipe I tried today at work and turned out great. It was an unique combination.
Finochio & Watermelon with mint
The recipe requires for jalapeno but I used green peppers since I didn’t have any. However, If you try to make the combination, I would totally remove the pepper. Just the Watermelon, Finochio and mint on its own it’s great. Also I used a vinaigrette with lemon juice, mustard, honey, and olive oil.

@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam Hello Sussan, thank you for the suggestion. The are 3 main factors that contribute to this poor quality photo. I took the photo in a rush, I never thought I would’ve posted it so I didn’t try to find the perfect conditions such as a better lighting, or a place that is less messy. Another problem is that whenever I upload a picture on the Feed using the Scoolinary mobile app the quality decreases a lot. Third but not least, I am not great at photo editing, I will either take a good photo under good lighting conditions or the photo will suck. However, thank you for the good words as always you and others here in scoolinary are an inspiration to work on things that I am not good at, and always try to improve upon.
