Those who eat well live happily!
Polpette all’essenza di limone do sorrento served with plenty of Lemon Sauce.
Lemon scented Meatballs smoked with Lemon Wood in the BBQ.
Ground some dry aged beef with higher fat content as I was smoking them instead of frying.
Managed to get Sorrento lemons from the market. Herbs and edible flowers from the garden.
Excellent dish!
