I cannot play the video of that cookies class lesson by Elena. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this issue with accessing your course. I checked the course from your profile and was able to play the videos without any problem (I’ve attached screenshots), but don’t worry — we’ll try to solve this together.
This kind of issue is usually related to the server or how the session was started.
Here are a few steps I recommend:
1. Log out of the app or platform.
2. Log back in using the username and password you received by email.
3. Check if you can now access the videos, recipes, or courses normally.
If the problem continues and you’re using the app, we suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling it again.
If after following all these steps you’re still unable to access the course content (videos), please send an email to soporte@scoolinary.com explaining the issue. If possible, attach a screenshot of the error message or the screen asking you to pay again — this will help the support team assist you more quickly.
The support team will provide you with all the information and assistance you need.
I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know once the issue is resolved, so I can make sure everything’s working well for you.
