    Thanks for this amazing Masterclass! In the Dough of Shrimp Ha Gao we have as first ingredient- 200 g tapioca and rice starch. But how much of tapioca and how much rice starch are in these 200 g? Thanks!

    We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the course. The correct amounts are 200 grams of rice flour and 200 grams of tapioca flour.

      Thank you Sussan! Now I see why my dough was too fluid, I have thought 200g of both together and so it was to much fluid and too less flour 🙂
