    Hi Sahmini A/P Sandra Lingam.

We understand that it might be difficult to find pasteurized eggs in your country. As an alternative, you can pasteurize eggs at home by carefully heating them to 60-63°C for a few minutes, as this temperature eliminates bacteria without cooking the egg. However, this depends on the recipe you are preparing.

If possible, please let us know which recipe requires pasteurized eggs, as not all recipes allow for an alternative. This will help us provide better guidance.
