You might find molds similar to those used by Chef Garuharu by searching in stores specialized in professional pastry equipment or online shops like Amazon or others dedicated to baking tools. While you may not find the exact same molds, as they are custom-made for the chef, you can look for molds with similar dimensions and adapt them.<div>
If you can’t find the exact molds, you could have them custom-made at a local metal workshop, especially if they are metallic molds.
