How do I download the dossier? The course says everything can be found in the dossier but I can’t find the dossier.

If you’re referring to the supplementary material or recipe book, you can find it in Chapter 1 of each course. Some courses don’t include supplementary material.
Could you let me know which course you’re referring to so I can check?
