In the Classing French Pastry course, Jonathan Mougel says to bake the Baba at 175° degrees for 12 minutes. The Recipe Book in English for the class says to bake at 115°C for 12 minutes.

    115°C is 239°F.

    What is the correct temperature?

    Hi Plamena Petrova

I just reviewed the recipe book and video, and as you mentioned, the temperatures don’t match.

I’ll forward your question to the content team for review, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have a response.

    Best regards.

    Hi Plamena Petrova

I have an update from the content team, and they’ve informed me of the following:

“The temperatures have been corrected in the recipe book.”

Could you please confirm if you can see the correct values and that everything is in order?

    Best regards.
