Panettone 1st through 3rd solid refreshment
Hi Again – So in the recipe it says that the first refreshment should be about 4 hours, 2nd refreshment 4 hours and 3rd refreshment as well 4 hours. In the video the information is different, it states 1st refreshment 4 hours, 2nd refreshment, 3.5 hours and 3rd refreshment 3 hours. Which is the correct directions?

Hi Tracy.
I reviewed the recipe books in both English and Spanish, as well as the video about refreshing solid sourdough.
In the Spanish recipe book, the timings match those in the video, but in the English recipe book, the hours are different.
As a recommendation, please follow the information provided in the explanatory video.

I have an update from the content team; they informed me of the following:
“The timing for refreshing the solid sourdough starter has been corrected in the recipe book.”
Could you please confirm if you can see the correct details and that everything is in order?

Hi for the 2nd and 3rd refreshment in the directions are correct but in the upper left hand corner where the icon shows weight and time (with a clock) it needs to be corrected there as well if you really want to be precise and correct in the content.
