App question – Android
Hi – have just downloaded the App onto my Android tablet, but it only displays in Portrait – I can’t get it to rotate to Landscape at all, which is how I want it displayed. Even with Auto-Rotate enabled (or locked into Landscape) the App always displays in Portrait mode – very frustrating 🙂
Supplimentary question: Is there any way to “Search” questions for keywords on here? Can’t find a search box at all, thanks 🙂

Regarding your second question, the search tool by topic or course is currently not active due to a platform configuration setting. For now, we prefer users to directly ask the questions they need in fewer steps.

The team in charge of these matters on the platform has informed me that, for now, the Tablet version only works in portrait mode. Improving this to also support landscape mode is something we aim to address in the future. For the moment, the best experience is by using the web version on your Tablet.
A quick question: when you open the app on your tablet, have you received a notification saying that the tablet version is not optimized?

And for the moment, we’ve disabled the ‘search’ option in this Forum because we want to accelerate the process of stating the question and have proved many of our Users didn’t look for existing questions before posting a new one. However, this is something we have in mind, too.
