Why If I allready changed my language to ENGLISH it keep on going back to Spanish??? Who are we suppose to ask a question to??? You click on Question and then it ask you who you want to send a question to (you need to fill in a name or something????) – it’s very strange because I can not see that I would ask anybody else than a person from Scoolinary a question. It’s very frustrating. I have finished the Business planning for Restaurants and Bars Course – I am not at home at the moment I am traveling for work they asked in the beginning of the course to make one of the dishes and send a picture? What does that have to do with Business Planning? When will I get recognition for my course? Please can you explain what the schoolpoints are for. The next line down ask you to enter one or more tags??? What’s this??? Thank you – Joz Grobbelaar

    Hi Joz.

Welcome to the Scoolinary community, and thank you for your questions.

We understand that the language option can sometimes be a bit confusing. Depending on the device you are using, you may need to select the language again.

Regarding asking a question or sharing a photo with the community, this is the standard format used for all courses. Perhaps, in this course, the content team should have skipped this step. We appreciate you pointing it out, and we will notify the team.

The certificate or recognition can be downloaded once you have completed 100% of the course. When you finish, the option to download your certificate will appear within the course.

The points you earn are cumulative and reflect your participation in the community. Once you reach a certain number of points, your subscription is renewed for free as a reward.

I will ask my colleague @soldamiani to explain the Master Game in detail. She is the community administrator and can answer any questions you may have about it.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out
