  Substitute ultratex

  Hello

  The question goes for the apple.if we dont have ultratex with what can we substitute?

  Hi Christofer.

  If you don’t have Ultratex, you can substitute it with cornstarch, xanthan gum, or pectin. Xanthan gum works well for achieving a similar thickness, while pectin is ideal if you’re looking for a more gelatinous texture.
