    I am interested in the Neapolitan pizza course.

    I am particularly interested in which flour and brewer’s yeast is used for the dough. There is a wide range of type 00 flours available on the market.

    Type 00 wheat flour (brand)?

    Whole wheat flour (brand)?

    Brewer’s yeast (brand)?

    Would it be possible for the speakers to provide an answer?

    Me interesa sobre todo qué harina y levadura de cerveza se utilizan para la masa. En el mercado existe una amplia gama de harinas etiquetadas como tipo 00.

    ¿Levadura de cerveza (marca)?

    No contamos con información de marcas que usan los chefs en sus recetas a menos que las mencionen y eso es más que todo porque las marcas que usan no están disponibles en todos los países así que nombrar marcas específicas dentro del curso sería limitar la receta a solo preparar las recetas con estas marcas.

    Como recomendación intenta buscar los mejores ingredientes en tu localidad o país,esa sería la base de una buena receta.
