  Wat can we use if we don’t have pacojet?

  -High-power blender: For making purees and creams, a high-power blender can be useful. Although it doesn’t offer the same level of texture as a Pacojet, it can handle frozen ingredients and create smooth blends.Hand blender: For simpler purees or less demanding mixes, a hand blender can be a practical and economical option.

  -Food grinder: Some food grinders have the ability to grind frozen ingredients to finer textures.

  -Food processor: It can help chop and mix ingredients, but generally doesn’t provide as smooth a texture as what can be achieved with a Pacojet.

  -Compressor ice cream machine: While designed for making ice cream, some compressor ice cream machines can handle frozen ingredients and blend them into smooth textures.

  It’s important to note that none of these alternatives will exactly replicate the function of the Pacojet, which is unique in its ability to produce ultra-smooth and creamy textures without heating ingredients.
