    Sure! @jihene-essid

When converting sheet gelatin to powdered gelatin, the general rule of thumb is based on the strength and type of gelatin. Here are the basic conversions:

    1. Gold Strength Gelatin Sheets: Each sheet weighs approximately 2 grams and has a bloom strength of around 200.

    2. Silver Strength Gelatin Sheets: Each sheet weighs approximately 2.5 grams and has a bloom strength of around 160.3. Bronze Strength Gelatin Sheets: Each sheet weighs approximately 3.3 grams and has a bloom strength of around 130.

    Conversion Ratios:

1 sheet of gold strength gelatin = 2 grams of powdered gelatin.

1 sheet of silver strength gelatin = 2.5 grams of powdered gelatin.

1 sheet of bronze strength gelatin = 3.3 grams of powdered gelatin.

However, because powdered gelatin can vary in bloom strength, it’s often best to check the packaging for specific bloom strength and adjust accordingly. Generally, most powdered gelatin available commercially is around 200-225 bloom strength, so the conversion with gold strength sheets would typically be:

1 sheet (gold strength) ≈ 2 grams powdered gelatin.

For practical purposes, the above conversions will work in most culinary contexts.
