Unfortunately, we are experiencing missing subtitles in many courses due to a migration. We are already working on it and hope it will be resolved soon.
I’ll let you know as soon as I hear that everything is working correctly.

The team in charge of reviewing the subtitles issue informs me that it’s been solved. You should be able to activate the subtitles now.

Translation does work when I access via app on iPhone but not online using computer or tv online

Let’s ask my colleague @soldamiani do you know if this problem only occurs with iPhone phones and the app?
I can see the course subtitles in web mode from my Android without any problem.

First of all, we are really sorry that you are experiencing issues with missing subtitles. I just accessed a lesson from my laptop, viewing it as if I were you, and I was able to add the English subtitles, as you can see in the attached picture.
Please specify which lessons you are unable to set subtitles for.
I assume from now on we are talking about this error occurring when you try to activate subtitles from your laptop. I understand that you don’t encounter this issue when using the app.

I still have no translation on any courses eg petite fours/ fundamentals of chocolate

I just consulted with my colleague Ximo, as soon as I have an answer I will return to you.

I entered the platform from your profile and my laptop and revised the Courses you mention: Fundamentals of Chocolate and Petit Fours. I could configure en both cases the english subtitles as you can see on pics “1 chocolate laptop” and “1 petit fours laptop”.
I did the same from the app and I also could activate them. (“2 fundamentals app” & “2 petit app”)
Please close your session both in app and Laptop and try again.If the problem persist, I’ll talk to our IT Team to figure out what may be occuring.

Hi. This is so frustrating. I still have no English translation watching online on any courses I look at. I am not sure what’s going on but it was working fine 2 weeks ago.

i believe I have resolved the issue. In case this occurs to someone else. Delete all cookies and browsing history and reload site. This seems to have resolved the issue.
