Sourdough pizza: Create a unique pizza with sourdough. From preparing and feeding the sourdough to kneading, fermenting, stretching the dough, adding your favorite toppings and baking a pizza with a crispy base.

Sourdough focaccia: Make fluffy, aromatic focaccia using sourdough. Learn how to prepare, ferment and bake a focaccia decorated with fresh herbs and olive oil.

In this course, in addition to the recipes themselves, you will also learn different cooking techniques that will serve you on numerous occasions.

Brilliant course to elevate your home baking

This course is definetly not for dipping your toe into home baking, but for those wanting to start making their own bread and Pizza on a weekly basis go for it. The tasta of the bread and pizza is outstanding good. The only drawback with sourdough is getting the starter right and keeping it alive.
