For some reason the link to ask questions from the donut course takes me to a spanish page. I can´t read or write spanish for the life of me. I’m wondering though, if there is a list with links to the equipment used in his course. The rolling pin and donut cutters look so good! I haven´t been able to find anything like them.

    Hi @mette-falstad-retrobakeriet

I checked out chef Richard Bies’ donut course but didn’t find the item that tells us about “ask a question” we only have in chapter 1 “share with the community.” Could you confirm if it is that course or you are referring to another course and another teacher.

In answer to your second question,as for roller levelers, these have to be manufactured by a specialist, but you have the option of purchasing rollers with levelers.

I’m sending you two Amazon links where you can get the rolling pin and the donut cutter.

    Roller with leveler:

    https://www.amazon.com/s?k=rolling+pin+ring&crid=DB5NSN40V0PQ&sprefix=rolling+pin+ring%2Caps%2C179&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

And the mold to make donuts here:

    https://www.amazon.com/Winco-CC-2-Stainless-Doughnut-Cutter/dp/B00JCYQ374

    Greetings.

Thank you for replying. Yes, it is the Richard Bies course I was referring to. Thank you so much for linking to the doughnut cutter! I´ll order that one. About the rolling pins, I´m not so much after spacers as I am after the really handy rolling pin he has with the large size and nifty grips on the sides. I haven´t been able to find one that size.

        Hi @mette-falstad-retrobakeriet

Okay, I understand. You could do a more precise search on Amazon and perhaps find the right rolling pin for you. You could also look in an online bakery supply store. I also searched for these adapters/levelers for the rolling pin for a while, and since I couldn’t find them 🫤, I had them custom-made, but out of wood instead of metal. That could also be an option for you.

If you have any other questions regarding the courses, we are here to help.🫶🏻

        Regards.

She helped me find a link to the correct donut cutter, so that is great, but I think my linguistic skills makes me unable to describe exactly what I mean about the rolling pin. I don´t need levellers (though I see how they can be beneficial) and I´ve tried searching for a rolling-in like the one he uses in the course, but the ones I find are significantly smaller. It would be really beneficial if all the scoolinary courses came with a list of the equipment (the exact ones) used and where to buy them 🙂 Thank you for helping with the english link 🙂
