based on the video and instructions, Chef said there is a baking powder on the Sable Breton ingredients but it doesn’t include in the recipe book. Can you please specify the measurement of the baking powder? thanks!

    Hi @robmanubaygmail-com

In the recipe it is about 8 g of real yeast.

hello Sussan, baking poweder and yeast are not the same. Which one is correct the recipe or the Chef’s video instructions? Thanks!

      Hello @robmanubaygmail-com

It may be that in the translation from one language to another the recipe book is different or the name of the ingredients changes but it is the same, only the name changes. In the Spanish recipe book we have it as a royal powder that would be used to make baking powder. In some countries they also call it real yeast. That is why it is used as actual yeast in the recipe.

      Greetings.
