Try to go on the website and to mark them as completed once there, I had the same problem and this “hack” worked for me. Hope it helps

        To have this full name on your Certificates you would have to edit your profile and add your name.
        
        And then, download it again. Do you want to do that?
        
        You can edit your profile by clicking on your avatar, and then, on “Edit”.
        
        When you do that, please let me know if you can download the Certificate yourself or if you need assistance.
