        Once the dough is obtained, you stretch it with a rolling pin until you obtain a dough with a thickness of approximately 2 to 3 millimeters. Then with a circular cutter approximately 14 centimeters in diameter, you press the circular cutter on the dough and thus obtain the dough circles to fill and form the empanadas.
