How long will the glazes stay fresh?
Posted by Mette Falstad Retrobakeriet on April 14, 2024 at 00:40I´m doing the Doughnut class and I´m wondering about the shelf life of the glazes. Does anyone know how long they will stay fresh?

Hi @mette-falstad-retrobakeriet
The toppings or glazes for donuts have a shelf life of 2 to 3 days if they are made with natural fruit, these should be kept refrigerated.
And if it is the basic frosting, it can last in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 days.
Greetings.
