    Please somebody can check i notice while i was watching the video when i already in chapter 4 lesson 35 the almond and raspberry crisp was missing in the pdf recipe book 🙁

    75 grams of raw almond paste (white)

    60 grams of white chocolate 33%

    20 grams of Sosa brand crunchy raspberry

    20 grams of yogurt powder or milk powder

    25 gram palette feuilletine

    1 gram of salt

      Hello, yes i saw it in the video.. but also in the video when chef mentioned have grapeseed oil but didn’t mention the quantity .. can you help how many grams?
