    The amount of yeast is in the recipe book, it is 6 grams of yeast that you add in the second kneading.

    Although in the video you can clearly see the moment in which the water is added, I sent your observation to the team in charge so that they can edit the procedure in the written recipe book and attach the information that is being issued.
