I’m making the cheese cake from Anatonio Bachour course and I made the cheese mixture and I don’t have enough molds for the whole amount. You can leave the rest of the dough for about 10 hours or a little more in the refrigerator and then bake it

    Hi @manar-marjyeh

Yes you can. Just store it in an airtight container. When you need to bake, simply salt it for a few minutes at room temperature.

And when I take it out of the oven, it should be liquid in the middle and hard on the sides, or because it’s a home oven, it should be baked a little longer

        Hi @manar-marjyeh

The cheesecakes should have cooked, solid edges and the center should be somewhat liquid.

The reason is that when the cheesecake cools it solidifies and has that creamy texture. You can put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to speed up this process. If you cook it longer it will lose its creaminess.

        Greetings
