Can you leave the dough in the freezer longer than 24 hours after you have shaped it to a 50×30 cm sheet? If so, how long will the quality keep?

    Hi @jacob

Yes, you can leave it frozen for several days. I have left the dough frozen for approximately 6 to 8 days.
To use it again you must leave it in the refrigerator the night before and then you must follow the procedure as indicated in the recipe book.

    Greetings.
