Ηello i would like to ask in course of jesus escalera there is one recipe that it has 10 gramms of 290 bloom gelatine powder..how can i substitute it with 180 bloom gelatine leaves??

Approximately equivalent to 6.5 or 7 sheets of 180 bloom gelatin.
