Classic Chocolate Mousse recipe for. Dina Alsina Perez
The recipe states that initial steps should be to whip the egg whites. However, there are no egg whites listed in the ingredients. Is t possible to get some details about that step? Is it a simple meringue? With sugar or without? And how much egg white?
