  <font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”><font style=”vertical-align: inherit;”>May I know what types of chocolate (dark chocolate, semi dark, milk chocolate) is the best to use in preparation of Mendiants?</font></font>

  Hi Rosie

  The recipe uses dark chocolate with approximately 54% cacao.

  You can use any chocolate that has that percentage range.
