    There is no recipe for the reduction of crystallized violets, they are bought ready-made and are typical of Spain and Europe. It can be replaced with another sugary flower or with tile powder.
    Azuleta powder is a sugar with a violet flavor, aroma and color. It can be used to give a characteristic floral touch to any pastry and cooking preparation and also as a finish in cocktails. The intensity of the flavor can be adjusted by substituting Azuleta for some or all of the sugar in the recipe.
