    Thank you but the web created. So far so good! regarding doughnuts: how long do we have to let the glaze set before serving? and how we could preserve them when exposing them to clients (what kind of expositor is best)?

    Hi Bujana

    After preparing the glaze and dipping your donuts, you should wait between 12 to 15 minutes to let the glaze dry or stop dripping.
    To preserve them, you can keep them in a cake cooler that has a temperature between 18°C ​​and they can last 2 to 3 days.
