    Hi @fathimath-nishath-zadi

1 sheet of gelatin is = 1.5 or 2 grams of gelatin, this depends on whether you want a more firm or solid preparation.

If a recipe has 4 gelatin sheets and we want to convert it to powdered gelatin, the 4 gelatin sheets must be multiplied by 1.5 or 2 grams of powdered gelatin.

The powdered gelatin is hydrated with 5 times water depending on the weight of the powdered gelatin.

For example, if you have 10 grams of powdered gelatin, you should hydrate it with 50 grams of cold water. Once it absorbs all the water, you can put it in the microwave or a double boiler for 20 to 30 seconds so that it becomes liquid and you can add it to your preparation.

    Greetings.
