In the mold, making course the chef uses a thermoform machine. Does anybody know the make and name of this machine?

I took a Quick Look at the Bon Bon course. Techniques are a good foundation, but dated. Beginners will find value in it. I am also the administrator and founder of the largest Bon Bon and chocolate painting on Facebook which also keeps me busy lol
