Learn to prepare a classic beef brisket with brisket baked beans, and macaroni cheese.

Cook a whole pork shoulder Carolina style and serve delicious pork sandwiches with a vinegar based coleslaw.

Learn to cook chicken two different ways, indirectly smoked and directly grilled, so you can see the difference between the two methods.

You will discover Bryan’s barbecue style and recipes, including his award winning corn salad.
