Spanish chef talking in spanish teaching sushi, with computer generated english voiceover. The video for preparation of sushi rice is cut in half and the part for cooking the rice(the most important part) is missing, and does not explain water to rice ratio(does in spanish but the engpish translation said 1 kilo rice 1000 kilos water). And that is the first course, i suspect the rest is the same.

    Hi, @kristian-rukavina

Could you tell me which course it is, we have two courses where they teach how to prepare sushi rice, one with Chef Hideki Matsuhisa and the other course with chefs Coco Tomita Mayra Flores and Javier Miyasato.

    Greetings

Hey, maybe try asking nicely in future. I get we pay money to access the courses. The chefs provide their time and skill for us to learn.

From my understanding, some of the courses are aimed at people who already have some skill in what they are learning.

As for the English voice over, I don’t mind it. I can always access the recipe book that is in my language.

As for the 1kg rice and 1000kg water, I’d say that is a lost in translation thing. 1000g maybe?

    Have a good day. 😁
