  How long can I keep my empanada disc in the freezer?

  @jennifer_anderson You can make the empanada discs 1 day before, and take them out about 2 or 3 hours before using and leave them at room temperature.

  You can leave it frozen for aprox 3 months, @jennifer_anderson
