Nice overview

This is a nice intro to the art of gelato. Classes are easy going, yet I feel like it gets shallow in content every now and then. Bottom line: it is worth the time spent.

Mathematics of ice cream

I like the fact that he touched on the how to formulate your own ice cream from calculations. Wish he could create a 2.0 class with more indepth/simplified knowledge.
